I needed to send out certified letters and found Postal Methods online. Good prices and very user friendly. So glad I did not have to go to the Post Office!

We had a physician leave our office and needed letters sent out to patients ASAP (and it HAD to be HIPAA compliant). I called Postal Methods and they took care of everything for us. It was quick and easy. We will definitely use this service again.

We are a small non-profit organization and had volunteers stuffing envelopes for mailing each month. Postal Methods fixed this for us and now sends out all our mail. Love it

I love that they send alerts when I get a package or when they have to close early due to weather emergencies. They also sell super cute stuff and the staff is very friendly and efficient.

I was having an issue with mail getting returned to sender when it was addressed to my business address.  I was shocked when I called the number and someone answered and was remarkably helpful.

I agree with many others who've mentioned that it's like a community post office. Perfect description. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful, they'll help me get the best rate by suggesting the appropriate box size and shipping methods.

The best way for me to send letters and Facebook pics as postcards to my 95 yo grandfather at his out-of-state assisted living community. Can do it when I'm thinking of him from work or home.
